Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use the HMO Warranties website, whatever device you use and whatever your needs.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Every page has a skip to content link, and the menus and forms work with a keyboard
- Headings are in order, and pages use proper lists, tables and labels so screen readers can follow them
- Photos have a text description, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Text and buttons are chosen to stand out clearly from their background
- You can zoom to 200% and the pages reflow on a phone without scrolling sideways
- Movement is kept to a minimum and respects the reduce motion setting on your device
- The project form tells you clearly what is missing before it is sent
Known issues
Some parts of the service come from other companies and are not fully in our control:
- WARRANTYWIZARD, our AI chat, uses Google reCAPTCHA once it is opened, which may not suit every assistive technology. You can always call us or use the project form instead.
- WhatsApp is run by Meta and follows its own accessibility standards.
- Quotations, policy wordings and certificates come from the warranty providers as PDF documents, which may not all be fully accessible. Ask us and we will help - see below.
Information in another format
If you need any information from this website or any document from us in a different format - large print, easy read, a different file type or read out on the phone - call us on +44 (0)3300 43 42 45 or email us. We will do our best to help, and paper copies of our documents are free.
Report a problem
If you find something on this website hard to use, please tell us - phone or email as above, or write to Finance Delta Ltd, 105-107 Farringdon Road, London EC1R 3BU. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will look at it and get back to you.
How we checked
This statement was prepared on 30 October 2026 from our own checks when the site was built, including keyboard use, phone widths and automated checks of the page structure. We review it when we make significant changes to the website.
